The service is outstanding, the hotel is beautiful and clean. Fantastic laundry room, dining and lounge area. Professional staff and Ms. Mary the GM will melt your heart. If your looking for a place just like home it is here they treat you so well and very detailed in making your stay comfortable.

There’s so many things wrong with this hotel. First off, coming into the room I noticed there’s no kitchen set to cook in. Tried calling the front desk but the phone is so old you can’t read what to push. I had to use the elevator to ask the front desk for kitchen utensils then I had to carry them up the elevator to my room. Second, the kitchen utensils were half cleaned and there was no dish soap to clean them. Third, there was NOTHING in the bathroom to wash with except facial soap. The room had cigarette burns in the carpet, bed sheets had marks on them, and it takes 15-20 mins for the water to get hot. Worst experience. Won’t be spending my weekend getaways here again

This review is not of the accommodations at all. It is about the shady charges that appeared on my husbands credit card after staying at this facility. My husband is a medical student and stayed in this hotel while taking his level III boards exam. They charged him for a "smoking fee"... funny thing is he has NEVER been a smoker in HIS ENTIRE LIFE. I called and spoke to the general manager. When I asked her to provide me the evidence (she said she took a picture), and that I would gladly pay the fee if it was applicable I was told that she "probably no longer has the photo, I don't keep them long".... CONVENIENT. She then told me that she "verified" the evidence herself and she just doesn't go around charging smoking fees to people. HIGHLY UNLIKELY again as my husband has never smoked anything in his life! I would never recommend this location to anyone, and definitely not any of his classmates/future classmates who may be in the area for their boards exams. If you want shady charges on your card for fines that are not even applicable, stay in this hotel.... My advice is to book a room elsewhere!

Very nice women. She helps EVERYONE!!

Always kind & considerate.

This place was terrible. I wish i can give it 0 stars. We saw about 6 rooms and none were cleaned. We ended up leaving and stayed at a Hyatt
