Went to this store and they refused to transfer the information from the old phone to the new phone. Their service sucks and would not recomend them to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at the Verizon store across the way from this location. On my way out of the mall one of the very friendly ladies that works in this store said hello as I was walking out. We started to talk and as we were talking she went over the plan pricing. Not only was she able to save me almost 150 bucks a month by switching to sprint she also was able to give me unlimited data. I was able to move all 3 of my lines over and get my kids their first phones with the promotions they had on the iPhone se and I got unlimited data. It was an amazing experience. #byeverizon
