Thank you for giving me a hard time after doing a overnight shift. I came into this best buy at 10 AM to pick up my Xbox One X I pre-ordered. I showed proper ID along with a yellow piece of paper that shows my address has changed. I should have put my old address in when I did the pre-order if I knew they were going to give me a hard time about it. I forgot the brown skin Dominican lady name but she was the one that gave me a hard time and didn't even apologise for it. Instead, she wanted me to buy the extra protection plan with the console and made jokes about them not having my order when it's there. Then she wanted to know where I worked at after I told her I did a overnight and I don't have time for the jokes(none of your business).That's is very unprofessional. Don't assume fraud just because there's a piece of paper taped on top of my old address with my new one on my non expired ID. I went to a prison to visit a family member and they knew my ID was real after I showed them the yellow paper with it. They also swiped it and it showed up in their system. This lady is the only one that gave me a hard time about it.
very disappointed. i tried to return a cable amplifier never opened and they would not accept it. apparently after 15 days you can not return anything. i will not purchase anything from bestbuy moving forward. in addition i will i am telling friends about the ridiculous return policy. -steve

Purchased online for pick up. It was sloooow. The point of paying beforehand is to get out faster but this was a mess. It would have been faster to just buy it in-store. I was not alone, the line was long and lots of people milling about waiting for stuff
