I took my dog three times over the last several months to get groomed. I did not like the first cut so we talked about it last time. They did a great job last time and asked me how I wanted his third cut done yesterday. I said just like last time and we talked about it. After picking up my dog he looks much better but they did not cut his hair as I asked. I could not torture my dog and make him stay after seeing me. Have to look at other options for the future!
I was trying to download a coupon...which didn't work. Instead of hassling me, the cashier said, "I'll just give you the store coupon". It required a manager's key. I said, "I'm sorry, I'm just poor this month." He said, "Oh, I understand....it all fell to pieces for me somewhere between a new tattoo and an aquarium upgrade" ....he made all of us in line laugh so hard that it really made my day. Thank you, PetSmart. You have the best prices and a truly caring staff. I drive far to get there and it's worth it!
The volunteers in the adoption area are so friendly and it’s nice to see how well they care for the animals. I was bummed to find out that this location did not have rabbits. Besides cats and dogs, you can also purchase birds, guinea pigs, hamsters and mice here. There is a Banfield pet hospital in the front of the store and pet grooming in the rear. It’s the perfect location to get just about everything you could need for the health, diet and upkeep of your pets.
Nice store,but competition offer better promotion. No discount to military active or former. Granted there are in store bargains, but cannot go in on daily basis.
Great staff!!! They are super helpful and very friendly. They try they're best to help out in away way. I needed several things for my new puppy and they gave me lots of resources. They always ask before touch your pet. The trainer Jen is awesome. Super well knowledge about training, she does give tons of information quickly so listen closely loll.
