Something like this would make me never want to come back again.
The young lady at the concession stand on Oct 9th around 1130 a.m was rude and disrespectful. I greeted her and she simply starred at me. She had headphones in her ears the entire time I was placing my order. She never once smiled.
Went there today and it seemed like everything is remodeled which is a nice touch but the theater was dirty and never cleaned. The recliner seats are comfy but there’s popcorn and soda everywhere. Not coming here again. Also popcorn is not fresh.Great remodel horrible employees don’t seem like they want to be there. Rather go to the Regal for a better experience.
Been coming here since I was 5 years old. Placeused to be great but it’s really gone down the drain. It’s been recently remodeled, but that’s the only thing it has going for it. I guess it has a nice modern look. Now the place is dirty, staff is slow and unfriendly. No free refills on large popcorn like they did before. It’s not even fresh anyway. I tried to avoid if possible. Go to Regal on ridge pike instead.
I am giving this theatre two stars because the theater itself was clean and comfortable. The staff however represented this company in the wrong way.
Always clean. Staff very nice. Comfortable reclining seats. Makes movie viewing so much more enjoyable.
It is a very good movie Theater and they treat you like royalty and they play really good movies their like Ferdinand
