I've been engaged for a month and half and when I went to get my ring sized it took two weeks to come in (which is what they told us) When I went to get it it still didn't fit so we sent it back to get sized again. This time they told us they would expedite it and we would have it in a week and three days. The ring didn't arrive on our promise date and then they told us 2-3 more days. 5 days later and still no ring. Now I was supposed to get it back today and they called and said it would be in tomorrow morning. I feel that this is absolutely rediculous. I had to do a photoshoot with out my engagement ring because of their failure mulptile times to get the ring back when they said it would be. I STILL do not have my ring back. When we asked for some kind of compensation ( like discount on wedding bands or something) they simply told us no. I am so dissapointed with their service!
