The day after Christmas is the worst day to go. It was completely ravaged and bare.
I usually enjoy my shopping trips to Ross but this location was underwhelming and chaotic. The aisles were cluttered and unorganized. Checkout took 20 minutes because there was one register open with a line full of people. I gave up on searching through the clothes because everything was scattered and I was getting frustrated trying to find my size. Hopefully this Ross will work towards the upkeep of the sales floor and be attentive to the wait times at checkout.
Finds are average to good, but they NEVER have adequate employee coverage - and Im here on a sunday evening-it's not a Wednesday afternoon. I'd understand a THIRTY MINUTE wait in line on a day where the weather is bad or black Friday, but this is a joke...
