I have had very good experiences with this car-wash in the past and so drive from Philly for the good service. Last month I took my car there and was very happy with the job with the exception that my back windows were not cleaned and thought it a once off. I took my car there last Sunday (6/11/17) and made mention to have the rear small windows cleaned. They talked me up to the next level of service which was $16.95 or so at the cash register. Imagine my disappointment when I saw that the door jams had not been wiped clean and still had large dirt marks, I was annoyed but there were so many cars behind me that I left ...and when I looked further once at home, I saw that the floor mats were wet so they had been removed...or sprayed to look clean, but the carpets had not been vacuumed front or back at all!! The Vacuum is the most important part of the job and the floors underneath the mats were filthy. I could have payed for a $5 wash and gotten the same service. Very disappointing. I will now have to tell all of the people that I recommended going to WaterWorks for their car wash not to bother. What a shame. I thought i'd found my go to car-wash.
Ignorant ppl missed half of my inside interior and when I showed them what was left they showed me attitude and still didn’t clean properly. Never again.
Nice place for a quick wash, but they don't really do a thorough job
They did a good job and we're reasonably priced.
Lousy vacume and wipe down, had to hand pick all the rocks under carpets out because they only vacumed mats, grass debris still on leather seats tells me they didn't vacume them either. And they forgot to wipe down all around my license plate. If I pay $12, I shouldn't have to go back and retouch up.
