I've had my 2007 Buick for almost 4 months and couldn't be more pleased: it has been "as new" in every aspect. Ron and his staff were impressively cordial and efficient. I drove several vehicles in pristine condition until I decided. Processing, including transfer of my insurance, was completely taken care of and his staff even arranged for drop-off of my rental car right down the street and picked me up. I wound up with a great, well-maintained, gently-driven car for a very good price, and, no car payments!! I'm currently saving up for another one, so I don't rack up a lot of miles on my Buick. Ron and Joe went above and beyond what any other dealer I have ever previously worked with had done. We had a highly unusual circumstance occur with our purchase and they listened to us and then they didn't even bat an eye, they just did what it took to make us happy. Ron is a big, friendly guy and saw to it that we were treated with great respect and honesty. Joe was simply fantastic and walked us through everything line by line so we knew we were getting a super deal and we understood our purchase completely. I have never been more pleased with a vehicle purchase. I will be back!
